Design Services
Although Niceware Healthcare solutions are designed with ease of use in mind, certain labeling projects require the expertise of technicians who have extensive bar code and RFID smart labeling experience. Niceware Healthcare offers Design Services on a fee basis. Quotes are based on an hourly fee and given on a case by case basis, depending on the complexity of the label template and application project.

Label and Wristband Design
Niceware Healthcare creates the label template design to meet your unique wristband, chart and admittance form specification needs.
Specifications: Email a visual example of the desired format, specify the printer manufacturer and model to design the format to and provide a detailed description for each field used on the label.
User Interface Design
Niceware Healthcare creates applications with a simple and customized user interface that enable operators to focus on data entry and positive identification.
Desktop Computer Data Entry Interface
Data entry interface for computer desktop applications, like patient admitting, blood bag label printing, laboratory specimen label printing, and more. (NiceForm)
Specifications: Email NiceLabel label format that the NiceForm screen will be developed for, provide a detailed description of each variable field used on the label and any sample graphic(s) and database(s) you want to use with the form. Service technicians need to have a good understanding on how the end user(s) will use NiceForm: will operators be allowed to have a lot of freedom at print time regarding data input decisions or will they be tightly guided on what data they can enter? In the test phase Niceware technicians will use a Webinar session to discuss the finished NiceForm application.
Mobile Computer Data Entry Interface
Data entry interface for mobile computer applications, like patient identification, bedside blood collection and identification, and more. (Pocket NiceLabel)
Specifications: If required, ship the actual terminal and printer to Niceware.
