Most Niceware Healthcare solutions are based on an Enterprise Series product (NiceLabel Print Center or NiceWatch Enterprise-HL7).
To ensure immediate assistance, it is recommended to purchase an Enterprise Technical Support Contract (ETSC) at the time you purchase an Enterprise Series product.
Technical support is available for email, Web and telephone support. An ETSC is effective for a period of one (1) year and applies to one NiceLabel Enterprise software license only.
